Stories of the Rainbow Project
October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, and my heart is with every family who knows the weight of that grief. If you’re expecting a rainbow baby, you already know what it means to hold both sorrow and joy in the same breath. A rainbow baby doesn’t erase the storm—it shines because of it. They are a symbol of hope, healing, and love after loss.
This fall, I’m inviting mothers to join a very special project close to my heart: Stories of the Rainbow. It’s a space to honor the strength, love, and hope that comes after loss, celebrating the miraculous little ones who shine brightly after the storms we’ve endured.
I’m looking for expecting mamas who are:
💛 Between 28–32 weeks along
💛 In good health
💛 Willing to share their story (500 words or less)
Each mother selected will be photographed wearing a color of the rainbow, symbolizing the unique beauty of her journey. In return, you’ll receive images from your session to treasure forever, while helping to share hope with other families who are walking a similar path.
This is more than portraits—it’s a chance to honor the baby you lost, to celebrate the miracle you carry now, and to remind other families that they are not alone.
If this feels like the right time for you, I would be honored to have you be part of this project. Spaces are limited.
To apply, please fill out the contact form below. Applications close on October 17, 2025. Participants will be chosen and notified by Email on October 20, 2025.
From sorrow, a story of hope is born.
